All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in the United Arab Emirates.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Domestic shipping (UAE)

Standard delivery within the UAE takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping cost: AED 25.00

Free standard shipping on all orders of AED 499.00 and above.

 

International shipping

We are working on expanding international shipping. If international delivery becomes available to your region, shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your delivery.

 

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs, weather, or high-demand periods such as holidays.
